Hey everyone,

Pretty new to the game and all but does anyone know why when creating a custom pvp character, whatever skill points I assign, most of the skills are locked and I can usually just select 3. I even looked up the preset characters skill point setup and when I simulate the setup, all the skills are locked.

whatever your RP character unlocks in the form of skills runes upgrades etc is available for PVP instant created characters to use

You have to unlock skills with an RP character before they are available to be used on a PVP character, UNLESS you use a premade PVP template that has skills you havn't unlocked... if you do that then you can still use those skills on the template.
The skills that are available to use are not at all dependant upon yoru attributes, attributes just make the skills STRONGER
